Terrible, didn’t enjoy my stay. Probably won’t stay again.

Got woken up by construction at 7 am in the room above mine and next to mine. Was not informed that there would be construction going on. Aircon was broken when I first got there. When I went to check out was told. “Oh you should have been informed of the construction when you booked and when you checked in.” Didn’t enjoy my stay at all

Excellent stay with excellent staff and services. Convenient location with easy access to the CBD.

The staff went extra mile and offered us a more spacious room so that it could comfortably fit our family. The bed was firm and the room was large enough for the kids to run around! The hotel is located at the edge of the CBD and it was super easy to either walk into the city or catch a free bus to commute into the city. The staff made us felt very welcomed and were always ready to assist us with our questions and requests.

Nothing ready. With the money we paid and the services and room offered, it was a very pleasant stay. We didn’t try the breakfast but will consider it in our next stay.

Pan Pacific Club Suite

The club suite we had was lovely, and the club lounge food in the evening was great. Good choice, plenty of it. It was good to see proper toiletries in the room, not like a lot of the hotels where they use refillable bottles.

Well appointed hotel with great restaurants, fabulous views and very helpful staff.

Loved the beautiful views and newly renovated rooms. Pool was great and the staff were so helpful. Special thanks to Maarje who went above and beyond to make our stay special! We are extremely grateful to Pan Pacific for the fabulous accommodation.

Overall great, would be back!

Staff overall were excellent, especially the Club Lounge team working Thursday and Friday nights. Also Mina from the front desk was excellent. Room was great, bed excellent and food on offer at breakfast also very good.

The pool area needs a lot of work to make it an enjoyable space. The infrastructure in the area is in need of repair and I noticed electrical wiring near the pool steps which, whilst may be perfectly safe, does not look good at all and it only takes a small child to notice it and play with it before it becomes a major safety hazard. Additionally, for the price paid, barista made coffee should not be at additional cost at breakfast, especially when the quality of the coffee from the machines is at best average.

Nice hotel which after renovations will be up to standards expected today

Pleasant staff, accommodating during a refit of the hotel.

Small problem with the plumbing in my room obviously one of the rooms that hadn’t been updated yet.

Comfortable stay

Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was large. Very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable

Check in was delayed and thr chsp didn't seem that interested. Also pool was closed and nit notified about it when we checked in.

Poor to average. Would be lucky to be a 3 - 4 star.

Poor customer service when calling to see if room was ready. Very dated and old hotel. Stains in bath.

Spacious room, clean and good staff

A little far out, 20 minute walk into the cbd Main shower head didn’t work After putting dinner on our room, the hotel took the money before the end of our stay instead of being able to settle on check out.

Room a bit dated especially the bathroom. Bring advised after I had booked and paid for room that they were doing renovations. Room was non refundable.

Loved everything from bar , to bed , to breakfast .

The luxurious feel to everywhere. The bar in the foyer The business of the place.

Thin walls so during the night you can here everything in the next room. Luckily though our neighbours were quiet just the unavoidable toilet flushing , taps and kids crying for a very short time. So wasn’t a problem.

Great central location and friendly helpful reception staff.

Liked the central location. Reception and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Prior advice that renovations were being carried out and noise could be an issue (but it wasn't for us).

We had no electricity on the last morning before checkout. We reported this to reception staff and they apologised and said it would be addressed immediately. More lighting in the room would be nice but not a big issue.

Over promised, under delivered.

Nothing wrong as such, but expectations and delivery did not match. The bed was great, restaurant and breakfast sensational. Staff were always friendly and accommodating.

To be honest, i would love to know who the photographer is. The photos, especially of the pool look stunning, real life is a dramatic departure. I was looking forward to rediscovering a bit of fitness, swimming in the pool etc. However once I saw it, I realised it was a plunge pool at best. The room was about 20 years out of date, again, I was looking forward to luxurious baths, kicking back and winding down. Instead, it was in and out of the room and TBH, we spent very little time in the room/ hotel. Also, a surcharge of $100/day caught me by surprise as well.
