Great stay close to everything and public transport stops out the front we got upgraded for free and found everyone where it was available was upgraded look foward to staying again in the future

Super close to the cbd and waterfront. The staff were excellent and absolutely went above and beyond. We had an excellent view from our room and overall it was really enjoyable!
The parking situation was a bit stressful, there is not very much room out front, (esp when there are other people checking at the same time) to park while collecting keys etc. It also was a pretty hectic street to navigate

Location
On arrival the fridge was turned off at the wall, advised reception as it was strange, the heat in the fridge expanded the milk, then after going out for dinner got back and no hot water, called reception and they directed us to the fuse box, it didn’t heat up but in the morning I checked the cylinder and that was off, it heated up once I sorted it. First night no hot water, average help from staff.
