Everything from check in to check out was excellent.
The room was spectacular, one of my favourites, and I have been in many.
Room service food was excellent, and the room amenities also very good.
To find actual fresh milk in the mini fridge was a first.
Really enjoyed the room and the hotel; only wish we had been able to stay a little longer.
There was nothing we did not like.
The room service person forgot our bottle of wine on her first trip so had to return with it. It was not really a problem.

Staff were very helpful and kind, room was very large with a great bathroom, very clean, great breakfast.
We had one iron that tripped the circuit breaker, the next iron spat out brown water from the steam which stained a top. Unable to iron after that as we were only given a useless small steamer. Pillows had zero support we both had neck ache, mattress extremely soft and we ordered 2 glasses of wine to the room which took over 40 minutes to arrive.
