Our king room had a horrible view outside onto a whole roof full of air conditioning and vent units. They need to make this window frosted to detract from the ugly view that ruined our room with the curtains opened!

Big room with a big bathroom and spacious dressing area.
The breakfast! For a 5 star property the breakfast was very average with same ala carte menu served everyday!
We booked a room with view and the view provided was of garbage bins from the next property!! Totally unacceptable when they charge for the view!
Noise in the room...a strange droning in room 807 didn't let us have a good sleep the first night hence we requested them to change the room so for the next 2 days we were shifted to another room at Floor9.
Next to the coffee maker, they had kept a pack of dates and a hydration salt pack where it was written as sample pack and no where was the MRP mentioned. They charged us AUD40 for those!!
Being in a 5star property we assumed it's a welcome treat and moreso when it was not kept inside the minibar! Really very cheap act by a 5star property!!
Ideally they should compensate us for that noisy room but instead they charged us for sample packs!!!
