Loved the location of hotel. Very clean and tidy
The only thing I miss is the pancake machine for buffet breakfast.

Hotel was nicely designed. Rooms were clean and spacious.
1st issue was with check in. I was due to arrive 3 hours after my family members were,so I called on the morning of arrival to ensure they would have no issues checking in without me. When I arrived (which was luckily earlier than expected) my family were sitting in the lobby because they were told they couldn’t check in without me. I specifically called earlier that day to ensure this wouldn’t happen and was told they would be able to check in with their own ID. A frustrating start.
When in the room, the heating was not working. We asked for it to be fixed - they said maintenance man wasn’t available but they would send up a heater and a blanket. The heater provided didn’t work, so we requested a second heater, which took over an hour to be brought to the room.
The doorbell of the rooms didn’t work (2 bedroom joint apartment) and there were not door stoppers available for us to hold doors open so having to constantly use the cards between rooms was annoying.
We were charged $24 for 2 bottles of water at the lobby that night, couldn’t believe the cost..
For what our family paid to stay the 1 night, I feel the service should have been a lot better.
