It was very clean and easy to access. The owner was very accommodating to our group
The lift was quite small and it was the top floor, but other than that there were no issues

Muy buen piso super bien ubicado con unos ventanales y un aire todo el día divino! Cuando llegamos estaba super limpio y super ordenado todo. Super simpáticos ya que no me pusieron ni el más mínimo problema por la hora de entrada o de salida. Sin duda alguna cuando vuelva a Alicante iré a este apartamento. El trato fue de 10. Super recomendable si no queréis llevaros ni sorpresas ni que os molesten. No había ni moscas ni mosquitos ni cuquis ni nada. La familia pasamos unos días estupendos.

Das Apartment ist in Gehweite zum Strand, Stadt, Einkaufen. Super Lage. Wohnung im obersten Stock, Morgensonne auf einem Balkon und Abendsonne auf dem zweiten Balkon. Sehr hell und schöne Aussicht auf den kleinen Park.

Die Wohnung war im Preisvergleich gut, und in der Umgebung gab es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Spielplatz für die Kinder.
Sie war außerdem gut erreichbar, sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Stadt Alicante.
Die Einrichtung insgesamt schon recht alt. Zum Beispiel vibriert die Waschmaschine sehr laut und schlägt gegen die Küchenseitenschränke, außerdem sind die Schrauben der Klobrille locker und einige Glühbirnen waren defekt.
