This is 2350 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!! This condo is on the 11th floor, so you get unobscured views of the Gulf from this beautiful unit. Master suite 1 contains a KING bed with private bathroom and balcony access to the beach front balcony. Master suite 2 has 2 QUEEN beds, private bath/shower and a view of the beach. Perfect for the whole family! Bedroom number 3 has a KING size bed. Bedroom 4 is a bonus room with a FULL size bed and flatscreen TV. The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf. The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located in the condo to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. These bedrooms allow the unit to easily sleep 10 comfortably and include 3 complete baths. We had an amazing time at En Soleil. The condo had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We ate on the balcony as a family nearly every morning. We grilled steaks on the grill and cooked a low country boil with all the pots we needed already in the condo. One suggestion is to either add a griddle to the kitchen or bring your own as we did, since we were cooking for a large group. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It’s beautiful and just as pictured! ❤️

Beautiful condo. Plenty of glasses and dishes but I would recommend some plastic storage for leftovers. Pans were in excellent condition, but would be nice to have a large skillet to accomodate for large groups when cooking. The grill on the balcony is convenient. Only one dishtowel and dish rag was provided and there are no extra blankets if needed. The pool and walkways were always clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Large dust bunnies behind bedside tables and could use some touch ups on the paint. The refrigerator is kind of small. Loved the individual ice maker.

This condo unit is very spacious to accommodate my family of ten, including children. The view was great and the pool/pool area is very spacious. As for the unit, it was dirty. There was wet clothes left on the balcony, food still on the grill, used wash clothes still in the shower and the water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work, as well as broken drawers in the fridge. As much as I appreciate the owner renting their unit to us, we will not be returning to this unit for our family vacations. Thank you!

The overall process of booking and check in went smoothly. The property as far as our unit goes was generally pretty clean and as it appeared in the photos-- except it's clear that the cleaning staff rarely bothers to clean under the beds and couches. The beds were not very comfortable which I consider a big negative because when people vacation they generally appreciate a restful nights sleep-- you should consider upgrading the mattresses on all the beds. The kitchen in this unit was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes & appliances. The icemaker wasn't working, but that was no surprise,I don't think I've ever stayed in a unit that has had a functioning ice machine. While we were able to use the grill & were glad to have it-- it could use some serious cleaning and burners replaced. The patio area was our favorite place to spend time but it could have been a little cleaner as well. We ended up cleaning the grill and area around it as well as sweeping the carpet and wiping down all the tables upon arrival. The EnSoleil complex overall is really beginning to show its age. This is the 3rd time we've stayed at EnSoleil in 10 years (different units each time) and the quality of the property seems to have really declined since our stay in 2020. Also our neighbors across the hall at 1123 were very rude and seemed super bothered by the fact that we were there and I've never experienced that before. This is a nice unit, but I cannot honestly say it was worth the rate we paid based on the overall condition of the property, pools, etc. Also the people renting the beach chairs and umbrellas were super rude and super expensive compared to our previous stays, I recommend anyone planning to go to EnSoleil make arrangements for chair service ahead of time. In conclusion I still love this location and our unit was nice but I do feel that based on the "wear & tear" or aging of the property and grounds the rental rates are high so it would be hard to recommend to a friend.

WE HAVE STAYED AT EN SOLEIL FOR MANY YEARS AND LOVE IT BUT 1ST TIME IN THIS UNIT. THE SHOWERS WERE DISGUSTING. PURCHASED CEANING SUPPLIES TO RECLEAN, WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE POINT. AND NO, WE DID NOT REPORT TO RENTAL CO. NOT A FAN OF HAVING TO SIT AND WAIT ON A RESPONSE AND HAVE TO GIVE UP VACATION TIME TO WAIT FOR A DO OVER. THE FURNITURE, IN SOME ROOMS, HAD NOT BEEN DUSTED IN WHO KNOWS WHEN. Downfalls, the garbage disposal is missing the plastic piece that prevents waste particles from flying al over the kitchen.. you can't operate one without water because you'll burn up the motor.. shouldn't be a hards fix but very nessisary. The sheets had a gross stain and glitter on them... floor was super sandy..floor was swept again when i was out & new sheets were dropped off, (but really..) the chairs out the back patio right out the master bedroom were almost rusted through (dangerous) and need replaced. The jacuzzi tub in the master backrooms water was really hard to shut off and the tub drain didn't work so when we tried to use it for a relaxing bath we had to shove a rag in the drain.. and then the tub had particles of something floating in the water. I called Sarah who was great at first till I asked to be called back about some issues, left at least 2 messages and didn't hear back from anyone... very frustrating. Loved the location. This company is frustrating to work with. The first condo I booked for my wedding week was truly everything I wanted and less then 8 hours later they emailed and tell me it's not available. Then I switch. Then by the grace of God I speak to the property manager who tells me of a huge window renovation going on and the property manager suggests moving the wedding due to construction...
These places need inspecting by someone other than a housekeeper prior to paying guests...and fix whats broke.

Communication was not ideal. Do not expect to check in on time. Cleanliness was disappointing after paying $255.00 cleaning fee.The 4th bedroom is a bit bigger than a closet. They need to purchase new coffee maker and other kitchenitems. It is a large place and the views are wonderful. I'm not sure the pros are worth the battle of cleaning yourself after its been cleaned or waiting in the hall for over a hour with a baby to check in. The cleaning lady said she didn't arrive to clean until 2pm. We were told we could check in at 3pm. We stayed in a different unit at this condo. I had one issue and reached out to the owner and it was fixed within an hour. The condo is wonderful. The management and cleaning staff of this unit is unprofessional.

Management was very impersonal throughout. Definitely didn’t feel a personal connection to the property. No beach chairs, umbrellas, be prepared to rent them from the beach.
Security was very aggressive. Appreciate the safety, but my son and his girlfriend were checked for bracelets multiple times by the same guard. Another guard Accused me of smoking on the premises because he saw someone on video near the pool smoking. ( I don’t smoke). When I told him that, he said he has to walk back and look at his cameras again. A lot of cameras by the pool. Also an active video doorbell on the front of the condo unit that just felt Kind of creepy. Lots of feelings of being watched.
The condo was not entirely clean. Balcony was pretty dirty.
Also would have expected a tad bit more in terms of basic furnishings like soap, paper towels, shampoo and bath towels.
Great potential, but we were a little disappointed in the stay over all.

Me and my family’s stay was horrible. We was never told that they were working on the beach right in front of the place we were staying. We had to walk down the beach half a mile before we could enjoy our day on the beach. Not only that they worked all night long with the machinery they had and kept me and my family up every night with their beeping on their machines. It was awful!! Not only that when we first got there the place was dirty. I have a picture of a cockroach crawling into my luggage and crawling around my clothes!!! DISGUSTING!!! The refrigerator and counters were disgusting and so was one of the rooms. It looked like in the first room we went in that someone had spilt something all over the walls and didn’t bother cleaning it up. The bath tub in the master bathroom was supposed to have jets and they did NOT work, at all. There were so many things wrong with this place it wasn’t even funny. It would have been one thing that the pools wasn’t working because we knew that before going on our trip. But my family was very upset and dissatisfied when we found out that they were working on the beach right in front of us with NO WARNING WHAT SO EVER! That was not fair! Not only that but the machinery keeping me and my whole family up all night because of how loud they were for our whole trip?! RIDICULOUS! And now because of all the problems that we’ve had with the place that we stayed they are not willing to compensate anything for how bad of a stay that we had. We had to pay extra for a cleaning fee and they aren’t even willing to give us that back because they didn’t properly clean the property….that is just wrong.

When we arrived I could tell the condo was very dirty we cleaned for 2 hours. This condo needs a very deep cleaning done on it. The floors was nasty your feet would be black after walking around for 5 minutes. The furniture needed to be dusted and showers are covered with mildew. I wiped all the vanity tops off and they were just black. Ceiling fans and light fixtures are covered with inches of dust. This is a very beautiful condo for it not to be cleaned properly. We was also under the assumption that there was a sofa sleeper and there is not none so one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. It says it sleeps 12 but it only can sleep 10 people. I did inform the manager she did offer to send up a air mattress. Other than the cleanliness and the sleeping arrangements the condo it self is nice. I like the resort and the area that it is in. I probably would not stay in this condo again because of the cleanliness cuz it was six of us cleaning for two hours, (that's 12hrs of cleaning) I feel if I paid $235 for cleaning fee that I should not have spent that much time cleaning when I arrived.

We were told by the complex that the AC was broken before we got there and yet nothing was said and we were still able to check in with no AC. Finally after several emails and a clog calls they wanted to move us to another property. The two options were smaller than the one we rented and would not work for us. The electrician was finally out Wednesday to get one of the units running and the other was repaired Thursday. Nothing was said about a refund or credit to make up for the unbearable conditions. Absolutely awful!!

The layout of the condo was very accommodating. Easy access to the beach and beautiful pool area. However it desperately needs a detail cleaning. It appears to only get surface cleaned. The patio was a fair size, but the pictures on the website lead us to believe it was bigger(trick photos). We were given the key code but not told how to use it so had to get security to explain. The a/c was not properly cooling on one side of the condo, living area cooled to a bare comfortable temperature and the master bath was freezing. We reported it on Sunday and it was never addressed. The unit was leaking and had wash room floor wet, we put buckets out to catch the water. The head board to fourth bedroom was not attached to frame so it rattled all night , that was reported at check out (only because the one sleeping in there didn’t tell us earlier in week).
On a positive note; Oscar the security guy was overly nice he assisted us in so many ways.
