My stay here was quite pleasant one. I choose the room with kitchen and private bathroom. Room and toilet were clean, there were towels provided for bathing. No soap though. Kitchen had all the needed utensils including electric kettle and coffee powder.
Breakfast buffet had bread, cheese, ham, jams, coffee/tea, cereals,orange juice and also fried eggs.
I don't know why there are many mixed reviews here, but atleast in my case it was a good experience.
Parking is on the road. I was able to find a spot whenever I returned in the evening after my day trips.
This place is also a nice base if you plan to explore west side of Sao Miguel. Having a car will be handy.
Early morning breakfast would be nice. Like from 7:30am onwards.

Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte reibungslos, da man sofort jemanden sowohl über booking als auch über die angegebene Handynummer erreicht hat.
Super Lage, sehr zentral und alles war super zu erreichen. Sie Parksituation ist ebenfalls sehr gut, wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden.
Sehr saubere Anlage und Zimmer
Leider hatten wir zunächst ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer, da auf der Insel eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit herrscht.
Die angegebene Adresse führt leider nicht zur Unterkunft.

Camera ampia e arredata bene con bagno in camera davvero grande.
Colazione molto varia buona e abbondante.
Camera piano terra davvero tanto umida, abbiamo dovuto lasciare il deumidificatore praticamente sempre acceso.
Abbiamo trovato diversi insetti che probabilmente passavano sotto la porta.
Mancanza completa di contatto con il proprietario sia per il check in che per il check out.
