This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

We had a lovely time staying at this wonderful condo in Traverse City. It was a short walk to wonderful downtown with restaurants and shopping galore. The beach was within walking distance too. The hosts were quick responding to our questions and so helpful with our requests. We would recommend this great VRBO to anyone who loves Traverse City.

The property was great for our winter visit. It was clean and a good location. It was quite cold out, but we were still able to walk to many different restaurants. Easy entrance and we were able to park in the free parking space!

This was a great location to stay in TC! A few blocks from Front St. with many shops and restaurants. We were able to park in the free parking spots all weekend, and never had a problem finding a spot. The space was clean with plenty of clean towels. Sleeper sofa was comfortable too. Would highly recommend this place!

Great location downtown. Listing states overnight parking is free at the garage however it was $22 for 1 night. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was remarkable. We had an issue that needed addressed during our stay and it was promptly resolved. Closets and dressers were packed so space was limited for our personal belongings.

David and Lisa’s condo was perfect!!! Cute, tons of amenities and great location to downtown Traverse City. Check in and check out we’re super easy and communication with Lisa was awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great place for a great price!

S/O and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo in downtown TC. It was within walking distance to all the major places to see in the city, but also an easy drive anywhere else in the area. Even during a busy Cherry Festival, it was a simple place to navigate to and from.

No elevators up to your condo. You have 4 flights of steps to carry your belongings up to the second floor condo. Parking can be a problem and you may end up paying over $20 per night if you are unable to secure one of the free spots. You may have to contact the hosts for parking options. I use a mobility scooter and had to contact the host for options on overnight charging. She went over and above to assist me with finding an available option. The host was very receptive and prompt with her responses to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is perfectly located between the heart of downtown, Oryana, Boardman Lake, and lots of restaurants and amenities. It is well laid out and well appointed. David and Lisa were very responsive and great hosts.
