About this apartment rental
One bedroom one bath condominium located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, brew pubs, grocery store and beaches. It is on the 2nd floor of the Capri Condos on 8th street between Cass and Union. There is limited parking but it is conveniently located next to a parking garage. Kayak and bike rentals within walking distance as well. Full kitchen, king size bed, pull out air bed, laundry, coffee maker and pods are just a few of the wonderful amenities offered.

Nice place and unless someone has mobility issues, it is well within walking distance to almost everything downtown and beyond. The parking situation is first come first serve and there are other spots at the ramp next door that are free from 2000 to 0800. We had to use the ramp one night and it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here for future stays in TC.

The location was great for walking around town. The place was clean, kitchen set worked well for our needs. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The condo is in a perfect location however the parking stinks! There is a very small lot which is hard to find parking in the evening. Parking garage next door that you can stay in over night but cost around 15 to park each day from about 10:00pm until 8:00 am. Caps at 20 a day however the rates start over at 7:00 AM so can be pricey if you don’t move out early. Got lucky and found spots to pull out of garage and into. Was very clean inside, beds so comfy, and alot of things there you need.
