Nice stay in a convenient location.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my room and they moved me to another room. Beautiful garden. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet and peaceful.

I would like to see a few more selections for breakfast. Almost perfect!

Muy buen hotel, gran sorpresa

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro histórico de Cuenca, las habitaciones son limpias y muy completas, el baño extremadamente limpio y el desayuno bueno...

De pronto el desayuno fue un poco sencillo, pero para un viajero que solo quiere cafe y unos panes esta mas que perfecto

Hermosa Cuenca

Buena predisposición del personal, llevé bicicletas conmigo y me ofrecieron un lugar para guardarlas.

El desayuno un poco más variado. La carretera hacia Cuenca tiene tramos muy dañados. Aunque esto escapa de la gestión de los hoteles sugiero presionar a las autoridades para que mejoren los accesos y así promuevan el turismo interno.

The best hotel we’ve stayed in Ecuador - everything was perfect.

Lovely old building, beautifully restored and decorated and comfortably furnished. Very convenient location, walking distance of everything, including the tram stop to the bus station and airport. Spacious bedroom, fabulously quiet, comfy bed, extensive buffet breakfast. Shared balcony with sofas and chairs to relax in the open air if, like us, you prefer to be outside in the daylight. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and after a day exploring Cuenca relaxed in the hotel lounge for a couple of hours before our evening flight to Quito - so much nicer than waiting at the airport! This hotel is the best we’ve stayed at in our four weeks in Ecuador and perfect for a two or three night stay.

Nothing! A lamp between the armchairs and coffee table in the bedroom would have been perfect but that’s just a suggestion…

Fantasic location, lovely atmospehere, highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location, friendly staff, very homely, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. We highly recommend staying here, Cuenca is a beautiful old city, and there is nowhere better to start your exploring than from here. We considered ourselves very safe at all times, even after dark, which isn't always the case everywhere in Ecuador.

Our booked garden view room with patio, fully accessible, has neither a view or a patio, and has steps down into the room. We requested a change, which after one night, we did change to a more suitable room, and was offered compensation of a evenings meal for two at a co-owned restaurant, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Which was a reasonable remedy to the problem. Parking is available, free of charge, but is 2 blocks away in a secure multi-storey car park. Advance notice is required as the hotel has limited available spaces for customers. The hotel is on a one way street, which it shares with the City tram, so checking in and out requires a bit of thought, although the staff are very very helpful in this department.

I would come back. The hotel is clean, comfortable, in an excellent location and the staff are nice and helpful.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and temperature.

Breakfast was the same every morning and there are no options for gluten sensitive, lactose intolerant and egg allergies.

I was delighted by my choice - first time ever to Cuenca and Raymipampa was a very nice intro.

staff was great. room very nice but bed a bit too hard for me. Didn't knoiw I could use t.v. until a few days into stay. :>{ delighted to see they made no secret about promoting sustainability.

The location and staff were too notch. Very nice place. I would stay here again.

The rooms on the courtyard by the front desk are very noisy. Anytime someone comes back from a night out or early for breakfast, you will hear it like your bed is in the lobby- no exaggeration.
