The room and the bathroom were clean and cleaned everyday.
The common areas are very outdated and need feels like you have entered a place that was not updated in decades. Unfortunately all that was in your face when having breakfast or trying better wifi connection.

Location is really good for transport and main touristic planes in Cuenca
The breakfast is too basic and the furniture in the rooms are too old, so the beds make a lot of noise. It should be improved.

It’s a nice location, but, if you need wifi, there isn’t at all, no reception. The shower is not hot and it appear with carpark included but I have to pay 38 us for 2 nights
No wifi, no carpark as it was announced and no hot water
