The location is very nice to access to everywhere in Como
It was noisy as it is right next to a roundabout

The apartment has been set up beautifully. We had no trouble with any noise from traffic. The owners sent photos to assist entry into the building. The parking space worked perfectly. Very spacious apartment.
The lock box for entry was placed near the ground close to moving traffic. A photo of the lock box would have been helpful. Owners requested cash for taxes be left on departure. We didn't have euro cash but would have liked to had it added to our bill. They offered to cover it - but we would have paid it on our credit card. They were very kind to do this.

The location, the communication, the cleanliness.
Nothing in particular but maybe blinds should be installed with the windows especially in the main bedroom. And maybe instead of champagne 2 bottles of water should be left .
