Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff and cleanliness of facilities.
Decor in room getting a bit tired and in need of repaint. Tiles in bathroom need replacing. No bath mat provided and tiles are slippery under foot when wet - perilous to us oldies.
Availability of breakfast in the dining room would have been nice but not essential.

Right next to the iga and just down the road from the bakery's. The bathroom was pretty accessible for someone with disabilities. Everything was nice, neat and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Room was massive also.
About the only downside is the fact your right on SWH and the hedges made it a little difficult to see south west traffic. Other then those 2 minor points, nothing else.

•Spacious room.
•Evening check-in.
We were provided with soap but little shampoo and conditioners would have been a plus.
