Alex the hotel manager was either there or contactable. Explained everything for us. The hotel is close to the centre of Fira if you wish to take a bus to Oia or Megalochori. On our departure Alex suggested a 2 hour window to get to the port for our ferry ride to Milos. This was a good idea as the road to the port was very busy.
If I was being very fussy there were a few maintainance issues that could be attended to outside. (maybe a winter job?).
Some flaking paint on the balustrade outside our room and by the spa pool. Also the steps down into the hotel needed to have a quick mop. All minor issues for our stay though.

Walkable and clean. We got lucky with the room upgrade which ended up with a cute balcony and gorgeous view. The breakfast was very deliciously fresh. The concierge was very kind and welcoming
The rooms are tiny. And if it wasn’t for our lucky upgrade the rooms are beyond tiny and have almost no windows. You have to go out of your room to rooftop to get to your hot tub area which all the hot tubs are at.
