Good

Didnt provide towel. Need to ask as they said all room were full and the towel is not enough

The staff is not there during the checkin, need to wait for them to come.

No room for us despite booking in advance

the property seemed nice

When we arrived (after our booking had been confirmed for weeks) the staff said they had no space for us. They tried to make it out as if it was our fault “you haven’t paid by card so there’s not room for you” despite the booking being confirmed and it saying that we would pay at property. After we explained this to them, they eventually apologised and said they didn’t have room because they thought it was only going to be two of us not four. I asked when uuthey realised this mistake that there was no space and they replied with “I don’t know”. They also never cancelled the booking, just saying that we had stayed, when in fact us four girls were left a bit stranded in Semporna. It doesn’t make much sense to me as we had booked in advance so there was plenty of time to tell us there was no room before we arrived.

Please do some improvement in the room. Even the room key should be tagged properly.

At the 1st, they gave me wrong key room cause it has not been tagged. and also there is water mark on the ceiling room which annoy me to see it. towel not given to me as they promise until i had checked out.

Comfortable, budget friendly

The staff are so friendly and very accommodating when I requested for a room change. Warm Sabahan hospitality. I like that there is place to dry our wet clothes and free clean filtered water so I dont have to always buy bottled mineral water from the shop. Room is simple, aircond is very good and well ventilated. Very reasonable! Location is perfect. It is near to both jetties, clinics, restaurants, convenience shops.

The rooms are not sound proof. For light sleepers who need a quiet room, please make sure you get a room upstairs. At first I got a room at the ground floor but I kept being awaken by sounds of ppl walking along the corridor, opening/closing of entrance door, doorbell rings, receptionist talking. So I had to request for another room upstairs which is waaaaay more quiet and I could sleep much better. Some toilets outside smell of urine, floors are quite dusty. Balcony doors are always being left open even when it is already night time, which is dangerous as rats or perhaps thiefs can easily come inside.

Good value for money

staff were friendly and helpful good location with lots of parking easy to find restaurant, shops and dobi no noises. less people which i like the most haha. come back for 2nd time? I can consider yes, but pleaseeee…fix the problem I stated below. Thanks.

The floor a bit dirty and the rug also dirty I think they never change or wash it. I have to wait for my towel until midnight, the staff told me they need to wash it first. No mirror inside the room, only in bathroom. Water drinking located upstairs (as my room downstairs). Overall just okay for my short vacation 2N3D.

It was okay.

The staff was friendly and the parking is just in front of the inn.

The rooms need to be cleaned properly. The floor need to be swept & mopped regularly. We can’t connect the wifi but it’s okay lah bcs if you’re using Digi you can still watch netflix.

Good

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the pier. There is a large open space at the entrance, and it is very quiet at night. There is a large supermarket behind it, and across the road there are several street stalls frequented by locals at night. If you don’t eat seafood, there will be a very good choice. The hotel staff is very friendly and provides free coffee, tea and biscuits (although occasionally they forget to replenish them in time). What's even better is that there is a water dispenser that provides ice water and hot water. Although the room is small, it is cleaned very clean

The only two points, except for one room where the water heater was working, none of the others had hot water, I don't understand why it wasn't repaired in time. At the same time, the ventilation of the room is not very good, and even some rooms basically have no windows for ventilation.

walking distance to Jetty Pelancongan, a gateway island hopping. near to convenient store, self laundry shop and Restraunt nearby. and i’m driving there is plenty or carpark. the room just comfortable for solo or couple traveller. and spacious toilet👍🏼 the receptionist, ratna and a guy friendly too helping me mapping around.

exactly what I needed for 1 night before and after Mabul island trip

I stayed before going to Mabul island- perfect for solo traveller who needs a clean, good value room, staff very efficient and helpful, I didn’t need much help but felt they were very welcoming, room spotlessly clean and functional

Everything is great if our sabah minister actually do something

I like almost everything 🤍. The bed the toilet super clean. However the walls is thin so if you came for just leisure i can't see that's a problem. Kalau siang tempat ni cukup havoc. Ramai orang goes here and there

The location. At night. Super scary. Maybe because a lots of not legitimate kids. I meant there's a lot of kids yang takder ic berkeliaran
