The room was quite spacious. The swimming pool was nicely equipped and you could use it till the evening. Good breakfast selection and close by are quite some wineries you can do a testing in.
The hotel allowed the guests to be in the pool in the night, so it was quite loud till 1pm till we called the hotel lobby to give some guest a peace to sleep.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful and cozy neighborhood. It is a small but beautiful hotel, tastefully designed and surrounded by a lovely garden that borders a forest. There is also a small swimming pool. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

The property itself has potential. The building and rooms are nicely designed and the overall setting in Telavi is pleasant. Having a restaurant in the hotel is also convenient, and the location works well for exploring the town and the surrounding wine region.
Unfortunately a few basic things made the stay frustrating. The curtains in the room don’t close all the way and there are several bright lights right outside the window, so the room never really gets dark at night. Sleeping was difficult because of that.
Customer service was also lacking. Some staff were neutral, but a couple were noticeably unfriendly and there wasn’t much effort to help guests. There’s no elevator to the upper floors, which is fine since I can carry my own luggage, but it would have been nice if someone at least offered assistance.
They also don’t offer room service even though the restaurant is in the same building, which felt odd.
We also had issues with hot water. The hot water ran out during the first shower, and for the next two days the water was only lukewarm. Overall it felt like the hotel has potential but the basics around guest comfort and service need improvement.
