Fantastic view from the room on city's fortress on sunrise. Very good restaurant. Quiet and comfortable room. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is on highest level. Special thanks to administrator Ani.

Friendly reception staff (Mariami). It was my son's birthday and they provided a small cake with candle to the room and the staff sang for him and the whole process made my boy very happy. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was also lovely. There was also an activity room near the reception where the kids could play freely.
Wish there were more food options for Muslims as a lot of tourists are from the Gulf countries. Bidet would also be great.

Location great, staff helpful, bed clean, all fine overall. We didn't take breakfast, but they say it's good. Douche works perfectly, hair dryer and teapot in the room are fine, water and tea/coffee are brought by staff daily. Hotel bar is fine, but doesn't work late.
Some stuff (not in the room) was broken, eg all the equipment in the play room, ladder in the pool upstairs, sauna didn't work. To use the steam room, you always have to call the technician, however, they always come.

The room was clean and coszy
The room itself was nice and comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing. We paid 630 GEL for a room whose balcony and view directly overlooked the outdoor sunbathing area. As a result, guests using that area at night and talking loudly was apparently quite normal.
Unfortunately, the noise from outside came directly through the windows and was very disturbing. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much quieter and more private experience. While the room itself was good, the overall stay was definitely not worth 630 GEL.
