The apartment was clean and very organized. the owner was available and assisted.
The apartment is in the second floor with no elevator, not convenient with small kids and heavy suitcases. It is written in the site that there’s parking, this is not correct, street parking cannot be considered parking for the apt.

Leuk ingericht, dichtbij metro naar het centrum, restaurantjes,. Leuk ingericht met lokale kunst en mooi behang, er is aandacht aan besteed. , Fijn 2 tafels zodat je in de keuken of de woonkamer kunt eten.
Hoogtepunten waren Belem fietstocht en strand 28km richting CaisCais.
HEet is natuurlijk een grote stad, maar er was best wat lawaai van vuilniswagens die pas 23:30 komen en het caféëtje aan de overkant (stoelen inklappen). Omdat alleen de woonkamer airco heeft gadden we de straatkant ramen open. Als die dicht zijn veel minder lawaai.
Wij zijn goed ter been, dus de 2 trappen op met koffers lukte prima, maar niet voor iedereen geschikt?

友人との訪問だったが、キッチンダイニング、リビング、2つのベッドルームとアパート内には十分な広さがあり、地下鉄駅へのアクセスが良く、近隣にはスーパーマーケットやレストランもあり、快適に過ごすことができた。車での訪問だったが、アパートメント前の道路は”EMEL ePark”アプリにて支払い・駐車が可能だったため、荷物の積み下ろしも問題なく対応できた。
ベッドマットが少し柔らかくサイズもクイーンサイズとなり、二人で寝るには少し手狭だった。
ネスプレッソコーヒーマシンが設置してあるが、フリーで置いてくれているサードパーティーのコーヒーカプセルが対応していないため、この点は改善されるとありがたい。

Large rooms
The apartment was not cleaned. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the balcony, a used bath sponge with hairs in the bathtub, a dirty parquet floor that stained our socks if we walked without shoes. The smell of mold in the apartment. not recommended
