Centrale, vicino alla metro verde che ti collega velocemente con il centro . La stanza piccola, ma pulita , mobilio nuovo, aria condizionata , macchina caffè nespresso e acqua , frigo. bella cucina attrezzata , della quale io però non ho usufruito . Ottimo rapporto qualità pressappoco
I bagni condivisi, abbastanza puliti , potrebbero essere oggetto di una pulizia più profonda e accurata . Ho apprezzato le salviette igienizzanti per i sanitari. la gente dovrebbe essere più educata e togliere capelli da lavandini e docce dopo l’utilizzo .

The room was very basic but that is what I booked.
If you consider a more comfortable stay I suggest you book one of the bit more expensive rooms.
The location is close to both the Vermalha metro line connecting to the airport and the Linha Verde going into the center of Lisbon.
I never met the owner Pedro.
But he was very communicative providing all information I needed very quickly

La facilidad para llegar. Aunque no en el centro, está muy bien conectado y en buena zona.
La nevera de la habitación no servía.

La persona que atiende es muy simpático.
Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en su locker después del check-out.
Estuvo bien la posibilidad de entrar sin llave en el portal y el piso, pero luego la habitación cerraba de manera complicada y se quedaba atascada la llave.
Por la noche nos encontramos 2 cucarachas. La primera en el pasillo y la segunda en el baño. No creemos que sea habitual, pero es una imagen que no te gusta encontrarte en tu estancia.
Como las puertas no llegan hasta abajo del todo nos dio asco que se colaran por la rendija a nuestra habitación.
El portal es un poco complicado de encontrar por la noche, cuando llegamos a Lisboa.
