Worth the money
Room was cozy with all amenities
Clean
Special mention for the shared kitchen and washing area which makes the stay super comfortable
Nothing about the hotel
But people were not using the lift and entrance rules properly at times.

Nice place to stay. Reasonable price and facilities. Good location close to metro and main attractions. Good WiFi. Very convenient to have a balcony with table and chairs - not big but enough. Facilities are quite enough and in good state.
A bit noisy street but you cannot avoid it living in the center.

Good communication, location easy to get to and from by metro, great restaurants in area. Park nearby.
My room was moldy. Clean, nicely decorated but seriously moldy smell.
