The location is perfect having the subway next to the apartment, and good price for the neighborhood we were in. They have cleaning service and the rooms were very comfortable and nice. They kept our bags while we were out after the check out due to our flight being very late and they also kept them while they prepared our room because we arrived early.
The check in and check out is a little bit complicated, they don't speak english or spanish.

No breakfast to be commented. I like the proximity to Metro (within 5 minutes)and a large grocery store in the shopping mall. Clean. Reliable daily room service.
Not easy to find. The safe never worked. No good care of kitchen. The utilities were poor. None of the knives works well. Fruits not replenished daily. Cookies were very low quality. We arrived and found over-riped bananas in the fruit tray in the kitchen. Rags left in the washing machine by the maintenance worker; still wet. The door of my room was not aligned with the closure properly. The arrangement of the bathroom with semi-opaque glass killed all personal privacy. Within the bath area next to the beds, there was not even rooms to turn around; never mind about the space to place toiletries. The closure of the shower cube was leaky. The hand held shower head always fell. Poor choice of design. Asking for two single beds for two adults with expectation that there would be two separate beds; the two beds were connected side by side. The pictures in the advertisement gave impression of space in the room were very deceptive. Not feeling safe.
