Well connected location, quiet area, nice view, clean and cleaners come. Comfortable room size. Washing machine that can be used.
A bit old. You sit very close to your neighbour on the balcony.

The aircondition is not working

Size was good, it had a iron, hairdryer, tv, good tv, wardrobe, kitchen.
It needed much repair work done, the plumbing needs urgent repairs, it smelled foul water when flashed, the shower took long for hot water to run, the sink was rusty. The bedding was creased the display pillows (yellow) smelled like sweat, and were put on the bed, the rooms needed sound proofing.
