Θα ξανάρθω....!!!

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν εκπληκτική... ακριβώς μπροστά μας ήταν η στάση του μετρό pequeno και μπορούσαμε να μετακινηθουμε παντού...το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό...ο Bob αν και δεν τον συναντήσαμε ποτέ μας εξυπηρετούσε πάντα σε ότι θέλαμε!!

Θα προτιμούσα ένα μέρος μέσα στο δωμάτιο για να φτιάξω πρωινό... και επίσης έναν καθρέφτη στο δωμάτιο...δεν είναι άξια λόγου μεν ... όμως μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι!!

Rel 83 Excellent

Good location. Very clean, no noise. Bed was comfortable. Had everything that was required including a balcony. Bob was very helpful and accommodating.

I couldn't really find fault with anything.

Superb

Very good location, near subway (100 m) and bus station (50m). Shop near the entrance in the building and good restaurants in area. Comfortable bad, the room was spacious.

Very good, great for a traveller

Nice clean room. Very helpful host. Shared facilities were great. Lovey and Quiet. Close to shops food and right beside the metro.

Carefree and comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay, all you need is there. Everything from booking to checking out went smoothly and Bob is a very accommodating host. Great location too, very near public transport (train, bus, metro) and good restaurants!

It is very close to public transport. Daily cleaning service. Good communication.

The sanitation doesn‘t allow you to throw paper in it, so it has to be disposed to a can.

Very good

I liked the location of the apartment, it’s not central, between the city and the airport. It’s easy to get to the centre by bus, metro, or Uber (around 5-6€). It’s a basic room but have everything you need, access to kitchen, laundry room, communal area as well. The room and the communal areas are clean.

I expected a little more for the price paid but compared to the accomodation prices in Lisbon it’s not outstandingly much, one cheaper I could find with good reviews (above 8.0).

you have a metro station just on the corner of the hotel, loved the attention of the owner he was available all the time clearing any doubt and giving tips for visiting the city. the neighborhood is very nice , it feels safe to walk around, theres a supermarket just downstairs the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants near by. the common areas like kitchen and living room are very comfortable, we used kitchen to make breakfast and it has everything you need.

our room sometimes had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and also there was an uncomfortable sound every-time we flushed the toilet or use the shower.

Great location - right next to the tube station, 15mins to the city centre by taxi. The view from my room was beautiful (although it was a busy street - no noise)

Owner have a lot of details about city.

Bed is really good, big desk, and small fridge. Balcony is so nice, with wonderful view . Kitchen with everything you need.

Spacious studio in a good location.

Spacious room with all the comfort you need. Bed is really good, you also have a big desk if you need to work. Small fridge if you want to keep some drinks and a TV with many different country channels. We liked the balcony as well. You have a living room with a table for your meal. Kitchen is also furnished with everything you need. Owner is really nice and give you all the details + some tips to visit the city. You can leave your luggage after check-out if you need.

Shower was not really clean and we could smell humidity in the corridor and room.

lovely stay, great location

location, was really close to the metro and bus stop just infront of the property. Room comfortable. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage safely for a few hours after our checkout before departure.

Great location

The location is more then perfect. Trains, bus, metro directly to the airport or to city center.

There was a lot of noise outside.. The Planes are flying over. So sitting on the balcony was not An option.

Small, but convenient apartment, located with great connections to the city centre

communication with Bob was perfect, with very clear check-in instructions. The room is located next to the metro station, next door to a supermarket, and five minutes walk to the train station. This is very convenient, as you will need to use public transport to get to the city centre.

While we were provided with fresh towels every day, the bed sheets and towels smelled a little weird.

pretty cool stay in Lisbon

- Nice location, pretty close to the old town, - very nice and helpful host :) - amazing view from the balcony

- Shower could be cleaner ( dark fungus inside and the drain was blocked and no water was dripping out) - room was situated inside a common apartment. every time someone was coming back from night out, he was waking us up in the middle of the night with smacking doors.

Uncomfortable bed for two. Slowest lift ever to the 8th floor. Two people/two bags max. A/C requires electrical engineer. Kitchen not clean and refrigerator not cleaned out from prior guests

Great host and great accommodation 👌🏽

Very tidy, clean and spacious room in a very good location! Outside the accommodation there were many buses and a tube station! I would definitely recommend! Also, Bod was super helpful and send us tips on how to enjoy Portugal, he assisted us with early check in and provided daily cleaning of our room! 😊 We had a really good time and we recommend this place for sure!

Superb

The homeowner was very nice

How booking.com handled my reservation. I was shown one price and when charged another. Was told by Customer service representative that a refund was made and issued never received it but the charge for the stay was immediately. I will not book any longer with booking.com

Totally unacceptable very disappointed ☹️

The only thing it had going for it is where it's situated.

I arrived on Saturday & found the place was dirty filthy and I had to complain by message to the person in charge & then I had to wait untill Tuesday 16.00 Totallyfor someone to clean the floor.The main dirty parts were left. There wasn't a breakfast service which was advertised. There isn't any maid service and the lady only came because I complained. Tons of lime scale mould,a blood stained towels that were so hard you could crack them, dead plants , Stained armchair I would not like to guess what with. There was use of a kitchen which wasn't clean either. The curtains where hanging off , so I had to keep it closed with a hair grip, do the light wouldn't come in In 8 days I didn't see one staff.
