The staff were so very friendly and helpful. We had an early departure for the airport, and they even packed us breakfast to go! They also offered to help us with our packs and called us a taxi to the airport. And the gave clear directions to the otherwise tricky to find place.
There were three flights of stairs on a narrow steep staircase to get up to our room, which were challenging for my father. The room was also much smaller and more basic than I expected for the price. The temp was very warm, and the street outside was pretty noisy to open the windows to.
