The staff is super kind! Antonio arranged a later checkout for me which I really really appreciated sinceI fell ill and my flight was leaving late.
The room is spacious and nicely set up. The location is 10/10, right in the heart of Chiado.
The walls were pretty thin and you could hear most doors opening/closing and people coming in.

The location was great - 5 minutes from the metro and so many of the main sites nearby
The location given was a bit misleading and lead us to the building across the road and then points around that, we had to find the entrance ourselves after a process of exclusion
