We had a lovely stay! The room was nice and clean, and the ground floor kitchen and washing machine were well equipped.
It’s in a pretty good location too - about a 5min walk to Rossio Square or Martim Moniz square, albeit down a pretty steep hill. There’s lots of little shops around too.
The host provided lots of information too and recommendations which was appreciated.
The shower is a little on the small side and the toilet is a bit awkward, but this didn’t really bother us much and we were happy to have the private bathroom.

Location & kitchen facilities
The smell in the bathroom (shower drain). It was pretty bad. Really could use some upgrades (flooring, larger sink, more comfortable chairs in the room) and you could charge more.

We really liked the location, very close to the city centre.
The room wasn’t clean when we arrived — we found hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which wasn’t a great start. The bed itself was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the room isn’t soundproof at all, so we could hear other guests very clearly throughout our stay, which was disruptive.
We also had ongoing issues with the building’s main entrance — the door often didn’t respond properly to the access code, so getting in sometimes took several attempts.
