It was clean and has spacious common room and kitchen. Good value for money. We just stayed for one night as a layover and it is perfect for that.
It was quite hot and the fan really noisy. The street is a bit sketchy at night for solo woman i think.

Location: amazing. This was my 7th time in Lisbon and I love finding such places to stay where are close to everything.
My room: I had a room with a private bathroom and AC. My room had a fan too. Overall, the room had everything I needed - sockets near the bed, enough towels, shower gel, body lotion and even hair dryer.
Common area is pretty nice and has a nesespresso coffee machine. There's kitchen, washing machine, a sitting area with books.
The communication with the staff was very good and the instructions were clear with 3 videos explaining everything.
For this price, this place is amazing. I don't understand the bad reviews.

Great value for money, huge room and bathroom, very tasteful decor, nice communal kitchen and living area, very comfortable bed, AC works amazing, check in was easy, very friendly manager
Location wasn’t the best but doable, no elevator (not a negative, just putting it out there), worst part was in my case my neighbors because you can hear everything through the walls (and in some cases even feel if they are doing too much activity…)

It’s cheap, only around €50/night for 2 persons, and the cleaning lady lets us get in earlier (~45 mins)
