Two bathrooms and one kitchen per floor with 4 rooms. Everything is very clean.
The staff are very kind and you can leave your luggage at reception.
The metro station is a few minutes from the place(2,3 stations to the city center), old tram passes nearby. You can be in the city center in 20 minutes walk
There are few shops around, and places too.
Everything was fine, just the information that the building does not have an elevator, but that is a normal thing in Lisbon.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable
The cleaning staff doesn’t always supply you with what you need. One day, we came back to the room and realised the cleaning staff didn’t give us any new towels and removed our blankets, so we had no blankets to sleep with
