The room was very nicely updates and super comfortable. I loved the little cafe right next door and the proximity to cozy restaurants and cafe. The street the property is on is nicely tucked away from the chaos of downtown, but it's not so far that you couldn't walk or take a trolley if that's your thing. Loved it!

A very good location, the kitchen well equipped, easy check in/out
The bathrooms are very basic, they would need some refreshments (furniture, etc.) ,the terrace is amaizing but it also needs some more cleaniness

Cozy room, great set up with shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms, outdoor terrace and laundry available. Self check in was super easy.
The pillows on the bed were lumpy and not at all comfortable.

Well placed location near 2 incredible viewpoints. 5 min walk to the metro. Generally safe area and it was a decent stay. Didn't exceed expectations by any means
The common areas and places weren't well cleaned / cleaned everyday like advertised. Had to notify the admin about it and they resolved it the next day w/ the staff. However, you could still tell that the cleaning staff does the bare minimum in terms of cleaning up the common areas IN ADDITION to the rooms. I dropped my earrings under the bed and bent down to get them. What I saw was horrible. There were a bunch of dust bunnies, dirt, and old plastic water bottles from the previous guests left behind under the beds (I stayed in 2 different rooms at Dumont during my week in Lisbon) and it was so gross seeing that. What you visibly see is clean-ish, but once you look into the details, it's actually quite dirty and dusty.
