Brilliant, very clean and comfortable.
Fridge was not working during our stay.

The biggest advantage of this place is it’s location right in the city center. The room itself is very small, but clean and nice. The self check-in was fast and the instruction was given upfront and was clear. The amount of bathrooms was perfect - never had an issue to find a free one, and they were always clean.
During our stay there was a renovation ongoing in our part of the flat - the workers did their best to not interrupt us and were very nice, but we should have been informed upfront about it. The bathrooms are not in the best condition - in one of them half of the shower door is missing and it gets flooded heavily, in others we had an issue with closing the door with old keys.

Fantastic location, comfortable room.
Slightly noisy the first night and shared bathrooms with slow running drains.

It is my second stay at 262 Baixa - first was in 2025. The location is great. Rooms aren't small. Communication for check in has improved.
The stairs are a real hassle and the main reason I'd seriously reconsider befire staying here again. Many of the issues I reported in 2025 are still issues and some have gotten worse. The shower situation is still the same - they could have mounted the shower head by now or made a plan with the water messing everywhere. Bidet tap still broken. Communication is outsourced and they got very confused with the 2 rooms I booked and when I raised some issues, even going as far as stating the wrong property name.
