We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was great 👍
It's up a few flights of stairs so not great if you're disabled in any way

Clean, spacious, good bathroom, good location for our needs (wanted easy access to Oriente Station). Very responsive to messages, easy access and check out.
Nothing really. Bed on the small side but OK. Up three flights of stairs but not a problem for us - though might be for some.

Good location / well connected to the city center, clean room easy self check-in, well equipped kitchen.
The worst thing: apparently, the platform of the owner was hacked and many private information of upcoming reservations were leaked. Fact: the owner warned in an e-mail about possible scam/fraud attempts, but I kept receiving fraudulent request via WhatsApp containing ALL my personal details and reservation data from random foreign numbers - this is the undeniable proof that they have been hacked. Even now, after my stay, I keep receiving scam requests via WhatsApp.
Other than that:
Old house, so: very thin walls and everything creates noises that can be heard loud and clear - from conversations in adjacent rooms to a simple walk to the bathroom. The towels were quite smelly after just 2 nights - obviously they haven't been washed at higher temperatures (60+) in a while, to disinfect and properly clean them.
The room is basically a room in an apartment, which is shared with other people, so privacy is limited.
