The room was spacious and bright, and it was also very clean. Given the average price per accommodation nearby Lisbon's city center, the price pro night seems decent. The staff was polite and ready to help. He Intendente neighborhood offers a lot of cheap and tasty ethnic restaurants.
In 7 days of stay nobody cared to check if I needed new towels, luckily I brought some with me for completely random reasons..
The Avenida Almirante Reis is loud, busy and congested with traffic Basically 24/: the trams makes an hellish noise and vibration are clearly perceivable, plus the usual car traffic and the constant voices and screams of people passing by. If you don't have earplugs with you, forget about getting some sleep at night. Perhaps some reinforced windows may help the sleep of those leaned on the main avenue.

The staff was friendly, the location very easy to go around, and the room has a good size.
The kitchen was small but have the basic things you need.
I had help from the staff to take my bag upstairs as there’s no lift available. It’s very helpful!
The shower holder was broken. I had to use one of my hands to hold it. Also, the shower has mould. It’s an easy fix cleaning with proper products.
The fans were also very dusty.
It shows that probably the cleaning they do is very basic.
