Really central, a bit loud but that's what you get with this great location. Very nice people working there!! A pretty good, basic breakfast is included and they prepare toast and care for you. Asked for some extras at the reception (printer, glue) - that was no problem! Just keep in mind that the rooms might be on the highest floor, but that was no problem for us. There was some mix up with the rooms but in the end they gave us our own room - perfect!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the best regions of Lisbon to stay for convenience. I met lots of great people and breakfast was delicious.
Bathrooms sometimes lacked soap or toilet paper.

Right at the centre of Lisbon. Public transport is easily accessible. Close to the sea front. Right on largo de Rossio. Staff didn’t mention help when I left my key card in the locked cupboard. Each guest had a separate locked cupboard.
Other guests had bed bugs. No A/C. Staff didn’t mention a fan could have been provided. Did provide one eventually through housekeeping, but only because I was in the room at the time. The locked cupboards were temperamental. One shower was broken and only had one toilet between guests.
