The organized way the staff made all guests welcome.
Steep staircase, 6 person sleeping area proved not ideal for someone who had a single top of bunk, that was my fault, I’m not used to sleeping in a same room as strangers.

The staff was the most wonderful staff I have ever met! Just lovely people, every single one of them! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is amazing, the hostel activities were great and the common areas were excellent.
The room was very hot, despite the fan. However, I mentioned it to one of the staff when I was leaving, and he said they had several other fans, including stronger ones. If we had just mentioned it, they would have given us a better fan right away.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The location of the hostel is fantastic, it has a stunning view and it is only 15min away from the St.George castle which is a must see! The rooms and bathrooms are rather small but tidy and fulfill the needs for a short stay.
The hostel starts on the 4th floor of a building that doesn't have an elevator. This is an issue if you have luggage or have mobility issues and something that should explicitly be stated in the hostel's booking.

The location was fantastic, walking distance from most place you'll probably visit. The staff was wonderful. I loved the social vibe. I met a lot of people and they host nightly activities for guests.
The place could have been cleaner (it wasn't dirty but it felt like it could use a deep clean). I was on the top floor and since there was no air conditioning, it got very warm. I was also on a top bunk with no curtain, so I felt very exposed while sleeping. It was also very bright in the mornings, and with no curtain, I woke up around 7:00-7:30 everyday, no matter how late I stayed up the night before.
