Location and common space and cleanliness.
The bed in room 8 on the first floor was very uncomfortable. When you sleep, it just falls in the middle part.

Beautifully organised place. Plenty of common area nicely decorated with peaceful colors. Kitchen is always clean. Added advantage is the parking space.

The room was lovely and cozy, all the amenities were there.
The wifi didn't work for the whole of my stay and while customer support was aware of the issue, the problem did not get fixed. I had to purchase additional data on my phone in order to do my work. It would have been better if they were able to keep me up to date with what's happening. Secondly - the signs for exit and emergency number on the door was flourescent and incredibly bright, along with the blinking light on the smoke detector in the ceiling. Not sure what can be done about this if it's mandatory - so just make sure you bring eyemask if you want to get some sleep.
