It was a good location to explore Lisbon at a fair price with welcoming staff. There was a well equipped kitchen, living area and rooftop terrace to utilise. 👍🏻
Our towels were never replaced and there was a damp smell in our room….. Otherwise all was great

Location was good, price was reasonable for a quick stay.
It was a bit confusing to check in, as there is no reception and it wasn't very clear where to buzz in once you get to the building - they didn't let us know the sign around the ring/buzzer has a different business name. By the time someone answered us by whatsapp and gave us the instructions, it was 20min later. Then, once we got in, we had to wait someone to arrive in the building to give us to key.
Our bathroom's door was broken, not a deal breaker though.

Very good location. Exceptional service from Butler/Driver Mr David. Clean room.
The damp smell from bathroom pipes is overwhelming. Not all rooms have balconies (ours didn't). The table on the roof terrace was so damaged it was actually convex and the cups would slide off of it.
