Property is great for family fun, has fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats 6. Master bedroom has queen bed and half bath. Two other bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Ceiling fans in every room. Outdoor showers, grills, patio with furniture and picnic tables for outdoor relaxing and eating. 6 beach badges supplied. No smoking and no pets. Check in time is 4 PM and checkout time is 10 AM. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. A bike ride or short drive to Beach Haven's Bay Village shops, Fantasy Island and Thunder Mountain. A great vacation location for your family.

The beach house was absolutely great. It had everything that we needed and more. The location was great - a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean. The host had great communication and everything was clear. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our beach getaway. The property was very clean and easy to access. It met all of our needs and helped to create fond memories with our infants first beach trip. The owner reached out and was available for any questions I had about the property prior to our arrival.

We enjoyed staying in this 3 bedroom upstairs unit. As you can tell from the photo, it is a meticulously maintained property. Proximity to the beach is excellent--a short walk on a quiet street. The owners are wonderful hosts. We have rented this unit several times before and hope to return next summer.

Our rental was for 3 days, over a weekend. The entire experience was easy and online information exactly matched what was there. The rental provided the necessary essentials, coffee, refrigerator, and microwave in the kitchen. There were very limited options for actually cooking in the kitchen. This was not important for our short stay. However, if we were there for a week, would liked to be able to make more than pasta for the kids. Seating in house and on the upper deck was perfect for 6 but did not have the space for additional family members to visit. Also, with us being there for a wedding, would have been nice to have one full length mirror in the house but not really necessary if there for a beach vacation. Thank you for letting use your home for a wonderful weekend in LBI.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Long Beach Island staying at this property. Exactly as advertised, clean and the owner was available for any needs. A block from the beach, dining and coffee. Kids loved having their own rooms and needed to make sure they brought friends next time (plenty of room). Convenient outdoor shower to wash off and laundry. I was met immediately by Russ upon arrival, he answered all of my questions and gave me great ideas for places to eat. The house was exactly what I expected-clean and attractive.The location was perfect, close to the most beautiful beach and lots of restaurants . I did spend a couple of nights alone and felt completely safe in the house in their lovely neighborhood .

We came together for a siblings weekend (4 of us) after having not been together since events around the passing of our mother several years ago. -The beach was so very close and pristine clean with the softest sand. -LBI is a great destination -lots of restaurants and things to do in addition to that gorgeous beach -This beach house was in a Really nice quiet family neighborhood where folks are seen biking, walking, waking their dogs, etc. -The property was spotless; the directions were easy to understand Checkin and checkout were easy Lots of space to eat and socialize indoors and outdoors We highly recommend the outdoor shower! Russ and Debbie, the owners were in the downstairs unit and just so approachable and friendly (but not in an intrusive way). They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, and we felt very at-home and welcomed to their beach house. The pre-trip communication with Russ was excellent-very responsive We wouldn’t change anything and would HIGHLY recommend!

This property is in a perfect location! Only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach, less than 2 miles from Bay Village, and close to many great restaurants. The place was very clean and check in was easy. There’s a nice deck with a table and chairs that has great views and is very relaxing. This was my third time staying here and I will definitely book again. The owners are very friendly if you get a chance to meet them! I’d recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in LBI.

Beautifully kept house that was perfect for my husband and I. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of room for the two of us but would be great for a family as well. Definitely a place we’d stay at again.
