Amazing house within walking distance to the downtown Decatur square and a 5-minute walk to the Marta station. The house is located in a quiet, safe, neighborhood just one mile from downtown Decatur. Six bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Third floor of home is reserved for groups of 7 or more guests. Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful back porch that includes a bed swing, fireplace and hot tub.

We stayed here for three nights for my daughter's graduation from Emory. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Don't let the pictures fool you--this is a big house with lots of bathrooms and space for everyone! Dawn was simply amazing. When VRBO failed to send me check-in and check-out instructions, she not only got back to me right away, and she called me as well. In addition, she was very helpful in assisting us with two parents in their 80s who came with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Decatur. It's beautiful and in an amazing location! Lots of space for our large extended family to spread out and have privacy. The house was clean and Dawn was easy and friendly to communicate with. Our only negative was that although the house was beautiful, a lot of things seemed to be broken or pretty beat down. We had 2 door knobs fall off, at least 2 showers/drains that didn't really work, the play area was awesome but a big splinter hazard. Lots of little things like that. Would definitely stay again, but would recommend the host make some updates.

Our stay in this charming home could not have been better! We were returning to Decatur for my FIL funeral, and being together was our first priority! The host was very easy to communicate with and made a few exceptions to accommodate our family. The space was perfect for gathering for meals or just to hang out. The kitchen was superb , with everything you would need to serve a large group. We had a toddler with us who loved the outside space … even the grownups took advantage of the backyard!This was a fantastic find!
