The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful.
When we arrived at Papakits, there was no wifi service. We could not use the TV throughout our stay. There was no power in our room because the power card was not working. The bathroom is dangerous because it has an edge step that your foot can get caught on. My husband got a big bruise on his foot because of the bathroom door.
