Uns hat besonders die gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Mikrowelle und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten sehr gut gefallen! Auch die ruhige Lage war sehr angenehm. Man ist in diesem Ferienhaus Selbstversorger, weswegen auch ein Mietauto sehr praktisch war. Das Check-in war komplett automatisiert und hat gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft wird gepflegt, was gut ersichtlich war. Ein paar wenige Gegenstände sind leicht in die Jahre gekommen, wie z.B. Terrassenmöbel, Seifenspender, Duschkopf. Alles aber weiterhin gut zu gebrauchen - ausser vielleicht der Duschkopf.
Am Ankunftstag hat die Unterkunft sehr stark modrig gerochen. Dies liess sich mit den Klimaanlagen zum Glück nach rund 24h beheben. Wie schon erwähnt, ist es eine Unterkunft für Selbstversorger, es fehlt also jeglicher Service, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man dies ansonsten bei Hotels bevorzugt. Ganz schlimm war für uns das Bett, welches wir als sehr hart und unbequem empfanden.

Casa confortável, limpa, moderna e bem decorada.
Alojamento muito bem equipado em todas as divisões.
Encontra-se bem localizado: perto de supermercado, praia, trilhos e outras atrações em Ponta Delgada.
Local silencioso e tranquilo.
Apesar das cortinas dos quartos serem blackout entra bastante luz muito cedo.

It was our second stay at Azaleas and it proved their consistent commitment to hospitality. We were welcomed with a basketful of treats from the Azores.We also requested an early arrival and it was okayed! To put things over the top a requested charcoal grill was provided! We feel like it was our home away from home!
There is nothing to dislike.
