This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for us. You can't get any closer to the ocean at such a reasonable price. It was nice having your own little beach spot with your own beach chairs . Will be returning in the future.

Maybe a bit pricey depending on availability but as advertised and worth the money. I had a nice 2 day stay. The beach is cleaner than others which was nice. Getting in and out of the address onto the road was relatively easy and quick to get into town and back. Would be top notch if pets were allowed but its understandable. Nice kitchen, bedroom and small but cozy bathroom. Lots of places to relax and move around. Pretty quiet and a view you dont want to miss. Id love to come back for a equal or longer stay.

Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

This was my first experience with Vrbo, or any sort of property renting service. I’m typically a hotels.com/resort person. I was skeptical as soon as I hit ‘submit’ for my payment. The photos of this property do NOT do it justice! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they are a wonderful couple. If you’re within driving distance either bring your own linens and towels, or go to tj maxx. We considered a linen service (great option for out of towners who don’t want to add more to their suitcase for a plane ride), but it was ~ $180. I went to tj maxx and bought 2 Queen Ugg brand sets, and all the towels for $170, and get to keep them. I can attest unequivocally that the location, charm of the property, and very communicative hosts made our family’s stay an experience we’ll forever treasure.

We had a wonderful time staying here - this is an amazing location directly on the beach. We were able to catch the harvest moonrise over the ocean. Dawn and Steve were extremely helpful, responsive, and overall great hosts. Walking distance to the skipper and close by other local attractions.

Funky house with lots of retro yellow. Comfortable swinging chair to take in the gorgeous view of the beach and Nantucket Sound. 4 double sliders let in the most amazing breezes. Private beach is perfect for relaxing. Large decks on either side of the house. Owner has excellent and prompt communication. Fully stocked kitchen. Bring toilet paper! There was none when we arrived so we were glad to have some. This is clearly stated in the description. We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed location right on the beach and close to restaurants, etc too. One of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time bc we enjoyed the view so much and rarely wanted to leave the house! Owner was nice and clear in instructions and expectations. Overall a very very positive experience!!

Perfect cottage for a relaxing beach getaway. Ocean breezes through sliding doors was amazing. Perfect little side deck to sit in shade or sunny deck on opposite side of the house. Step out to the sand. Can't get a better spot. House was clean and comfortable. Has all you need. Hope I can stay again soon!

I stayed here for a long weekend with my 2 kids and husband. This place was small and cozy. Just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The place has a small bbq grill on the deck for cooking or restaurants close if needed. Beach is the only entertainment we needed.

I am definitely coming back with my husband or my mother if my gf doesnt beat them to it!! We actually felt bad for the people staying at the resorts on the street and not having the views, kitchen and privacy of their own beach as we did. This little charmer is quite deceiving from the outside but had everything you could want! This is a top beach getaway location for me!!!

Fantastic, cozy cottage with everything you need for a beachside hang-out. It is truly and literally about 15 feet from the shoreline on a lovely private beach; the huge living room sliders look out to the ocean and a big open space (no buildings to the left). Great amenities (e.g., kitchen stuff, deck chairs, umbrella, games, tv's, etc.). We visited in early May, so it was still chilly. Nonetheless, the house took great care of us and we loved it.

This cute cottage is in a wonderful location on the beach with lots of large windows/sliding doors to take in the view. Honestly if you were any closer you would be in the ocean! It was the perfect size for me and my two kids. It was clean and well equipped (bring your own sheets and towels though). It was too windy and cold most days during our April Break so we didn't use the grill but it didn't matter because we had a nice view from inside and plenty of good restaurants for food. There is a nice cobblestone driveway to prevent tracking sand into the house. I could sit all day in the swing chair and just watch the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

On a whim my fiancé and I did a last minute get away and decided to stay here. Everything was just perfect for us. The property is so quaint and charming but let’s not forget about those VIEWS! We just fell in love with the property and all the little restaurants and shops. The owners were always quick to our requests and kind. Looking forward to our next time back.

My family and I went on a last minute get away to cape cod and this place turned out to be amazing. The view of the ocean from inside the house and the fact that you have your own private beach, within a larger private beach is the coolest thing ever. Now that we have stayed here we can't imagine staying anywhere else. The property was very clean and welcoming. Thank you so much!
