The overall package is great. A clear plus is the private whirlpool in the terrace. The swimming pool of the hotel is fantastic! Good variety of food in the buffet restaurant, maybe a bit mor fish options are recommended.
During the 3rd day of the week I found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was really unpleasant. It was probably bad lock but anyway shouldn't happen in a hotel with this level of cleaning standards.

Private pool was great, beautifully built.
Poor staff service, we weren’t told about services the hotel offered, there was a miscommunication with checkout time which left us rushing due to staff error, we weren’t given a map of the hotel, we weren’t given WiFi details at check in.
The pool was great, but I booked the most expensive room and it was the smallest pool compared to the others.
