Great short walk to black beach and the restaurants around it.
Shower and sink water is salt water.

The location is excellent, just a maximum of 2 minutes from the beach and seafront promenade.
The resort is beautiful and features a perfect swimming pool.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
What I would improve is the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit installed in the first room (the kitchen/living area) was not able to cool the second room effectively.

Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free parking right in front of the property. We had a bit issue with the door lock, however that was resolved quickly.
