We really enjoyed our stay at Daylight Hotel in Perissa, Santorini. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants and shops, while the area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful.
Our room was clean and a good size, with a very nice balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, and both the towels, duvet, covers and bathroom were very clean.
A special mention to Spiridoula, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She cleaned the room every day and gave us very useful information about Perissa and the surrounding area. She also provided some essential things for the room, which was a really nice touch and made our stay more comfortable.
Perissa Beach is, in my opinion, one of the best beaches in Santorini, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We visited in September, so it was relatively quiet as it was outside the main season. I’m not sure how busy it gets in July and August, but for us, September was perfect.
One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not have breakfast, a bar or drink facilities, as mentioned in their information. So it’s a good idea to buy some water, drinks and snacks to keep in your room.
Overall, we absolutely loved Santorini and really enjoyed our stay at Daylight Hotel. We would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Daylight Hotel! Our host Spiridoula was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. She gave us great tips about buses, restaurants and places to visit.
The location is perfect – right next to the beach, with great bus connections and everything you need within walking distance.
It was also very easy to arrange a taxi directly through the hotel from the airport or port for around €35, which was super convenient.
The service was amazing on our last day too. Since our flight was in the evening, we could stay in the room until 12 and then use the pool, shower and bathroom for the rest of the day.
We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time here! Everything was absolutely perfect and just as described. We absolutely loved the host lady—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The villa was exceptionally clean and well maintained daily by Spiridoula and her brother who was friendly and a very happy person. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive and always great to speak to. We stayed for two weeks and throughout Spiridoula would bring or make small but extremely helpful and thoughtful things for us. Spiridoula made lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat based on our conversations and every recommendation was spot on. Our trip was so much more enriched from these suggestions and we always enjoyed speaking with her. The rooms were deep cleaned daily and even outside round the pool too, genuinely, the villa was impeccable without a spec of dust! You get sun all day long round the pool and have a beautiful pink and orange sky as it sets. We stayed in the pool view room which was fantastic and highly recommended. Spiridoula was an exceptional host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this villa to others. We loved to hear that the villa was built by her family over 10 years and it is run entirely by their family. You can see the effort and care put into running it.
