Pool and restaurant food.
We were traveling with our grown Kids, and Grandbabies 7,5,3 yrs old. Wouldn't come back with young kids. Too open, not a lot of privacy, people complained about Kids noise, felt in edge.

I flew in at 2am and I was able to order breakfast by text, which was perfect! They even knocked on the door to let me know my food was ready so I didn't miss it!

The View. Stunning.
Private plunge pool was nice and clean albeit freezing
Bed was comfortable
Air Con was decent
Reasonably warm water for showers

Cleaners were very efficient.
The outdoor kitchen was in bad shape. Drawer front kept falling off
No plug or bowl in sink which made it difficult to wash anything. There was a dishwasher but they only supplied one tab and the dishes needed rinsing after the cycle anyway. I don’t know how you would manage if it was raining as there is very little cover.
Minimal crockery. The tin opener was dangerous and unusable.
The bathroom is also outdoors. The shower completely open. There are sliding doors which don’t lock and don’t seal so in reality you are sleeping outdoors!! Which was a concern for mozzies. No light working in bathroom either which didn’t help. It felt more like glamping than a hotel room.
The toilet is separate but there is no sink so handwashing in the night means heading to the outside bathroom.
Communal pool and hot tub out of action. Tape everywhere blocking access to certain areas. Apparently the property suffered a landslide earlier in the year but we were not made aware.
Parking is a little tight but no major issues for us.
The access road is fine. Just a few potholes on the tarmac road. There is a small section of unadopted road that is a bit bumpy but fine if you take it easy.
The signage and directions could be better especially if arriving at night.
There is a big construction site close by which could impact a relaxation day and I think that might be going on for some time but there is currently no communal area to relax in anyway.
We had a balcony but no loungers only chairs and no shade of any kind after 2pm. So difficult to spend much time there.
