Much of the entertaining will likely be shared and take place under the steel-beam and wood-framed outdoor living area. This minimalist and elegant space houses a full living room suite, formal dining for 12 and complete set of outdoor dinner wear in a modern metal hutch. Warmed by infrared heaters, this open air pavilion is welcoming throughout the year. Bungalow 1 With a wall of glass panel doors, this bungalow opens directly to the Pavilion. A fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with island seating looks onto the living area with a gas fireplace and rustic, wood tiled wall. A Thermador gas range and industrial grade appliances make cooking a dream. High ceilings, recessed lighting and skylights brighten this space while honey-colored wood floors add warmth. A large flat screen TV and bookshelves (stocked with original screenplays!) offer entertainment options within the serene layout. The master suite with King bed enjoys a private, covered patio with forest views. There is a stall shower and deep soaking tub overlooking the countryside in the exquisitely tiled master bath. There is a Bosch gas stove top, retro-style refrigerator and top-grade stainless steel dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking! (Note: There is no oven in Bungalow 2.) This property is located in the County of Sonoma and is subject by county law to restrictions and the rules set by the property owner with a goal of being considerate of neighbors. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 4 guests; events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed; rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am.
