Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Plainly decorated, but very right for the price.

Overall very comfortable, very plain but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Advertised as 2 bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms has only a shower (no toilet and no sink basin.) We had expected a second toilet.

The location was convenient for our needs, but we were disappointed and would not stay there again.

Unfortunately the property was not very clean. As an example we cleaned the dining table upon arrival and the cloth was black. There were crumbs from the previous occupiers in the oven and around the kitchen. The cutlery and utensils we had to wash before use. The property looks like it was previously a student let and is furnished accordingly. The settees in the lounge were dirty. The outside furniture was too dirty to use and there was no hairdryer despite the original advertising profile saying it would have. The standard of repairs and maintenance undertaken to the property, I would not have accepted, it looks like the work of a poor DIY enthusiast.

Only one shower worked, kettle didn't work, landing light went on and off all night on its own,bedroom door to heavy for disabled people to open, having to strip bedding after paying for a service

Considering we only booked this a few weeks before our holiday we were pleased with our choice.

Very good location for exploring the local town and attractions further afield (where the sat nav easily avoided the town centre). Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. lots of window blinds to keep out the hot sun.

No washing machine (although very good line in the garden to dry hand-washed items). Looked as if a second WC had been removed. No cupboard space in kitchen for tins, packets, etc (but fridge and freezer available).

It’s a great place to stay and a great location.

The location was close to town center which we liked and the neighborhood was quiet. We even walked there from the town center one night and it was a nice walk. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was cozy. I appreciated that we could let the owner know what bedrooms we did not use so they didn’t have to launder that bedding unnecessarily.

The soap in the kitchen and bathroom was just hand sanitizer so that was not helpful. It smelled bad and made it hard to shower. Also, couldn’t find the drying rack for drying clothes we washed in the kitchen sink. We were asked to bag up our linens when we left but could not find the blue bag that we were requested to put it in.
