Great room and great location .

Great pub with rooms. Rooms were en suite, spacious, warm and had everything that we needed for a 2 night break. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location just on edge of town centre. Good breakfast (cost £12 each). Had dinner there 1 night and it was ok - good pub grub
The shower screen in room 5 has been stuck permanently to edge of bath. We had to lean round the glass shower screen to stretch to reach the taps. I couldn't actually reach the taps unless I stood in the bath

Comfortable room/bed and large bathroom. Great pub, bacon sandwich and pies are tasty. Good cappuccino in the morning. Friendly staff. So convenient to town shops.
