I never had breakfast but there was cereal, bread, coffee and tea available which is usually never supplied in these properties.
Shower was a bit cramped.

We enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfortable and it was very homey. Kenny was super communicative and gave us all the information we would need and more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so thank you Kenny!
Absolutely nothing! But i think it’s important to know that the bathroom facilities are shared, although we faced absolutely no issues with this.

Nice quiet area, and good facilities in the house itself, Wi-Fi works fine and was good to have breakfast items as well as use of the kitchen facilities as well as the cleaner coming and tidying up during my stay. Worth checking out if you want an affordable place with the feelings of being home from home and don't mind being slightly away from the town centre. Wasn't too far to walk to find the river as well and the bus is pretty quick into town when you get on.
The house was near a bus stop but the timetables were not accurate so I nearly missed a train went going exploring in the area as a result of waiting longer than expected. So some up-to-date information on buses and maybe some local taxi numbers that are reliable displayed somewhere near the entrance would help, as I tried one company and they didn't pick up, apart from a wee shop about 5-7 minutes walk away there wasn't really anything nearby to enjoy so buses and taxis to and from the city centre are essential if you want anything else.

Functional and cost effective solution to those who want a private room, but not the expense of an Inverness hotel, especially if you only are sleeping for 5/6 hours.
At time, cheapest option.
Bed clean.
Could have shaved off 5-10 pounds from the price. (Paid £72). However, relative to hotel pricing, £72 not bad.
Shared bathroom.
Take noise cancelling headphones/ ear plugs if sensitive to sound.
At the end of the day, set your expectations based on relative cost of buying a hotel room in Inverness. You get what you pay for!
