Clean, comfortable, accessible on bus route
One of the others staying were a bit noisy late in the evening - was roughly after 11 pm , as we arrived after 10 pm.

The mattress was very comfy and the bathrooms was new and very clean
A few points for the owner
The doors are not self closing fire doors and there is no fire evacuation plan in each room. This is a legal requirement in rented accommodation
Coffee making facilities require spoons
It’s important to note that you can only fill the kettle in your room using the showers as it’s impossible using the sink. I did not want to keep using the kitchen as there were other guests that had taken over the room and as a single female I was uncomfortable and wanted to stay in my room.
The hot drinks station where the kettle sits is no where near a plug and there for you must boil the kettle on the floor. See photos (simply swap the mirror and the table over so the kettle will plug in!)
There are no TVs and I would say that a tv in a room is a basic essential these days.
Although the drive is big enough the other guests blocked other cars out so I had to park on the road

The duvet provided was winter grade and thus too hot and uncomfortable. An alternative summer grade duvet should have been available.

The room was available
On a weekend which was busy in Inverness.
The shared house was very basic. It was not very clean (dead woodlouse in bathroom)
The en suite was absolutely tiny, hardly any room to use the toilet and the sink was minute. It was all very unfinished and tired with a lot of work needing done.
